CAMPO LINDO BLANCO


Pale yelow colour, with floral (jasmine) aromas on a background of fresh fruit (apricot, grapefruit) provided by the Macabeo grapes mixed with mineral notes provided by the Chardonnay. In the mouth it is crisp and well-balanced, with an elegant finish in which the above aromas are repeated. Each variety is fermented separately, having been picked at just the right time on the basis of strict checks on ripening. Gentle pressing and fermentation for 15 days at a temperature of 15ºC in stainless steel vats. Ageing on lees from fermentation to increase its body in the mouth. Clarified and filtered.

CAMPO LINDO TEMPRANILLO


Dark cherry colour. Highly characteristic of the variety, with forest fruit and liquorice notes standing out in the mouth, blending elegantly with the notes added by the ageing process. By working with vineyards with a large difference in temperature between day and night, we achieve good ripening of polyphenols and preservation of aromas. In the winery macerationis no longer than 10 days in order not to extract the harder tannins and to keep the crisp aromas. Fermentation at 28ºC followed by ageing for 3 months in French and American oak barrels to help round out the wine, while keeping its structure and aromatic crispness.

CAMPO LINDO CRIANZA


Intense cherry colour with clay tile-coloured highlights. Aromas of ripe fruit and spices blend with elegant notes from the ageing process. The mouth is fleshy, with complex flavours on a bed of balanced, well-integrated tannins. After precise control of ripening, the two grape varietes are fermented separately at a controlled temperature of 26ºC. After 12 days of maceration using the pigeage system, the wine is aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels before the final coupage.

CAMPO LINDO RESERVA


Intense red colour. Ripe fruit aromas with balsamic touches stand out, over elegant notes of vanilla and coconut. Grapes harvested subject to strict quality checks and then fermented at a controlled temperature af 26ºC. Maceration for 18 days to achieve the right structure for subsequent ageing for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.

Wine elaborated from a selection of the best grapes from the family vineyards, that lets offer a wine with a very strong personality, able to express the tipicity of the soils where it is produced. Separated manual harvest of the varieties. Intense colour, cherry with a hint of brick. Aroma of ripe fruit and spices blended with elegant notes of wood from 24 months in barrels of American and French oak.
