MONTEMAR MACABEO CHARDONNAY


Pale yellow colour, with floral (jasmine) aromas on a background of fresh fruit (apricot, grapefruit) provided by the Macabeo grapes mixed with mineral notes provided by the Chardonnay. In the mouth it is crisp and well-balanced, with an elegant finish in which the above aromas are repeated. Ageing on lees from fermetation to increase its body in the mouth.

MONTEMAR CABERNET SAUVIGNON ROSADO


Bright cherry red colour. Broad nose with intense red fruit (raspberry, strawberry) aromas and hints of sweet confectionery. In the mouth it is tasty, with fruity sensations, crisp and well-balanced.

MONTEMAR TEMPRANILLO


Dark cherry colour. Highly characteristic of the variety, with forest fruit and liquorice notes standing out in the mouth, blending elegantly with the notes added by the ageing process. Ageing for 3 months in French and American oak barrels to help round out the wine, while keeping its structure and aromatic crispness.
